Hello Stranger12,
What version are you currently running? There is only one firmware for the controller/system. Occasionally there are updates to drive firmware.
The full instructions and firmware are available on the EQL support site. eqlsupport.dell.com/.../login.aspx
There is also a utility called the Dell Storage Update Mgr that will help as well. Especially if you are running much older firmware, you will need to upgrade in steps. After each upgrade you must reboot before you can install the next version of firmware. The upgrade process uses controller failover to keep the downtime to a minimum.

Don

Hello,
The MIB files are located on EQLsupport website. https://eqlsupport.dell.com
You will need an account to login, which requires at least one array under contract.
The MIBs are by EQL firmware version, not array model, as all arrays run the same code.
Regards,
Don
