EqualLogic FS7600 Firmware Update Failed

I had a firmware operation fail because of a mismatch between NAS name and NetBIOS, but this has since been resolved.  When I went back to the NAS to attempt the upgrade again, I am getting a message that

'Another NAS Cluster operation is in progress. Allow the operation to complete and try again'

The only Operation in the list in Group Manager is the failed update attempt and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to clear it out so I can get my firmware upgraded.  The failed attempt is sitting at 9% and the status just says 'NAS cluster operation failed'

Any ideas?
