Equallogic Group Manager - SAN Headquarters

Do you know if there is a way to remove expired San Headquarters that are listed in Group Manager from previous SanHQ monitors? I have a few old entries in my group manager from previous San Hq installs in the past and just curious if you can remove the old entries.

Hello,

In the GUI it's under the syslog server.

In the CLI:

GrpName> grpparams show syslog-server-list
Syslog Server List::10.152.18.78

GrpName> grpparams syslog-server-list ?
mas only (no spaces). For example: 172.17.1.26,fc00::7447
:b795:6ba7:28f1 To remove a list, enter an empty string i
nside quotes.

Regards,

I tried that but they are not listed under syslog servers. Only the current one is listed under syslog server. The older "expired" SAN HQ servers are still listed under San Headquarters but are not in the syslog server list. Any other way to remove them or will they just stay orphaned in the GUI?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay.    At the CLI you use the "monitor" command to show and delete old entries.

group.
GrpName> monitor show
Index Host Ipaddress Last Monitor
---------- ---------------------------- ---------------------- ----------------
612416541 SANHQ-XXXXX.dell
.com

GrpName> monitor delete ?

- The index instance to delete.

GrpName> monitor delete 612416541

GrpName> monitor show
Index Host Ipaddress Last Monitor
---------- ---------------------------- ---------------------- ----------------

Regards,

Don
