Hello,

What firmware is that array running?

Do you have a verified backup?

My strongest suggestion is try to open a one-time paid support call so tech can triage it properly.

One thing you can try, determine which controller is currently active.  Then power off the array. Wait three (3) minutes.  Then pull out the active controller about 1/4 to 1/2 inch.  Power up the array.  If the missing cache is in the secondary controller it will write it out to the RAIDset and they member might come back online.  If so then you can re-install the other controller.

Otherwise your only option is to clear out the cache and that could result in data loss.

  Regards,

Don
