Hello,

I am having difficulty understanding your question.

 Is "FRAME1" a blade chassis?

If you could provide more details on how the array is connected to the servers that might make it clearer.

The array should be connected to a pair of switches, then connected to your servers.

Or are you referring to VOLUMES that need to be moved to other servers?

  Regards,

Don

yes i meant chassis 1

The array is connected to a Chassis (16 server ) and to a switch !
In Total i have to chassis and chassis 1 and chassis 2 and i need to move some servers (slots) from chassis 1 to chassis 2 )

Hello,

Thank for you clarifying your configuration.

As long as Chassis 2 is also properly connecting to the switch the array is attached to and the IP schema is the same the physical location should not matter.

The array doesn't lock connections to a MAC address for example.

So you need to ensure all network connectivity requirements are resolved before moving the servers.

 Regards,

Don
