PS4000X + PS4100
I have 2 two PS4000X and One PS4100 units. The PS4000X are fully loaded with 600gb 10 rpm drives and the PS4100 is loaded with 900gb 10k rpm drives.
Do these models support a single group for all 3?

No, because a single EQL Group is limited to 2 PS4xxx series. Use the PS4100 as Stand alone within group02.
