Restarted Hyper-V VM - Volume did not come up

Hi,

Background Information: PS6000E, PS6000XV, PS6100E all running firmware 6.0.1.  Hyper-V virtual machine on Windows Server 2008 R2.

When we rebooted the virtual machine, the volume didn't not automatically come online.  We had to go into Disk Manager and manually set the drive to Online.  There are no error messages in Group Manager nor Event Logs.  Is there a way to fix it so that it comes up automatically after reboot?

Thank you.

The resolution is going into iSCSI Initiator -> Volume and Devices tab -> Auto Configure

after the volumes are connected via Disk Manager.

After reboot, the volumes came up automatically.

Is your virtual machine connecting to a volume with the iSCSI initiator (and hitkit) for a data drive? Or is the volume in question a 2nd VHD file that hyper-v gives to that VM?

The VM is connecting to the volume with iSCSI Initiator.  There are two virtual network adapters connecting to the SAN.
