SAN HQ 3.1.0 EPA
System requirements say .NET Framework 4.5 or later.
This apparently does not include 4.6 ;)
I see the installer looking in the registry at the Version key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Client
and apparently it wants to see = 4.5.xxxxx rather than >= 4.5.xxxxx

3.1.0 appears to have been released, and it still throws an error if you have .NET 4.6 installed.

The next release of SANHQ will have a fix for this.
Other users have reported that installing 2.6, then upgrading to 3.1.0 works. Another said that running the installer in Windows 8.x compatibility worked.
