Dell XPS 7590 not charging

Hi,

I bought a new dell xps 7590 in 2020 may. it all worked fine until a week back. My xps wont charge anymore, i have tried charging from another charger, tried to install BIOS with the latest update (which was already installed) tried to scan for hardware faults, even replaced the charging DC jack as i found in one of the threads saying the DC jack was culprit. But unfortunately nothing works. Any help and advise would be of great help. Also, my battery level is 20%. Battery condition is excellent as shown in BIOS settings.
