Problem to make NAS FS7600 factory default or reset

when I am trying to reset the IOS of NAS Box: I can’t restart   manually and display shows the following error:

1)error state of /var/log/snmpd.log faield

2)clusterization_manager.sh: no cdrom detected

3)Configuration file retrievel:

    Please insert a USB flash drive with configuration file under /conf/xml,controller Device MAC ADDRESS aO:36:9f:2a:54:2c

Start up: Stasrt faield

                Stopping slpd

 Stopping slpd: Faield

    Slp monitor: Ster()

Press ‘I ‘ – reinstall standby mode

 Is, their any one who can help me. it is very Aurgent
