Uplink distribution in Dell VRTX

hi Team,

I am configuring DELL VRTX with two M520 Blades. LOM is carrying two network ports each .

On VRTX chassis back side i have 8 port external R2401 gigabyte switch. Customer want to run VMware esxi with multiple Vlan. Please let me know can i make 1 blade 2 LOM port mapping with dedicated 2 external [port. i have total 8 lom ports . in short customer want 8 LOM port one to one mapping with 8 external ports
