Volume recovery bin is disabled. Deleted volumes can not be recovered.

Please tell me how to enable Volume recovery bin in equallogic?

Unless you enabled this feature BEFORE you deleted the volume, I will not be able to restore the deleted volume.  You would need to restore from a replica or a backup.

Your group needs to be on v6.x or higher.  To enable you need to use the CLI command:

Format

recovery-bin volume subcommand

Subcommands

Subcommand        Description

disable                   Disable recoverable volume feature

enable                    Enable recoverable volume feature

purge volume         Permanently deletes a single recoverable volume

purge-all                 Permanently deletes all recoverable volumes

restore volume       Restores recoverable volume

show                       Displays all recoverable volumes

This is explaned in further detail in the "Dell EqualLogic Group Manager CLI Reference Guide" that you can download the guide on the firmware download page (support.equallogic.com)/

Also, are all the members in the group at 6.0.x firmware?   Disallow downgrades will also need to be set.  This is normally done automatically when you upgrade to 6.0.x firmware.
