iSCSI LUN connectivity Error, Event ID 7.4.3 7.4.22
I have EqualLogice PS6100XV with firmware v7.1.5 getting below Error and we are not able to connect with ESXi 6 update 1

Message iSCSI login to target '192.168.1.30:3260, iqn.2001-05.com.equallogic:8-cb2b76-4590fe458-a50001a21af4f7ae-vm' from initiator '192.168.1.12:38899, iqn.1998-01.com.vmware:561fc92d-127e-a0c9-d604-001018c57e30 -5654be35' failed for the following reason: Initiator is not authorized for this target.
So in the above situation I am looking forward your kind precious advice to solve my problem.

Hello,
What type of access control are you using on that volume? I.e. IP address, IQN name or CHAP. That message is stating that the access control (ACL) is not configured to allow that server to connect to that volume.
For ESXi installations I suggest CHAP username/password. This allows for a single ACL to be used and when adding a new ESXi node you don't have to reconfigure the ACL every time.
