EMC does well in CertMag annual Salary Survey

The annual, much anticipated Salary Survey from Certification Magazine is out (and online here in their December 08 web issue). EMC Proven Professional certifications do very well, especially the Technology Architects. Four out of the five EMC certifications are above average for IT professionals that earned them. Seems like investing in an EMC (storage) certification is a good idea for career advancement and earning potential.

For those Proven Professionals out there, does this survey reflect what you are seeing in the marketplace? What about your experience?  How many of you are familiar with Certification Magazine? Are there other career studies that you would recommend reading?
