6420 internal speakers and internal mic issues
Within 3 months of buying 6420 the internal speakers were not working. Sent the laptop for repair under warranty but the speakers still had issues so a tech came out to repair it. After another 3 months the internal microphone stopped working. Sent the laptop twice for repairs with out any fix. I was without laptop for 14 business days. Tremendous loss of productivity if you rely on this laptop for business.
Overall 6420 seems to have too many issues out of the box and to top it off the Dell Service is horrible.
