Audio with noise when using headphones.

Hi, my name is Eudes Galvao.

I bought a Dell Mini10v and it arrived 3 days ago. I tried to hear my musics and I realized it produces

noises, as thought it was a heart beat, when I use headphones. I thought firstly that the problem was

in the headphone, but actually it was not though. I bought a new headphone and this problem is

still happening. Then, I would like to know the procedures for changing to another one. Please see

that I am not trying to fix this one but trying to get a good new one. Thank you for your help.
