Cannot get Bluetooth functioning.  Attempting to link a wireless cell phone 

Verified:

- Services.msc: Bluetooth started

- Devices.msc: Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Mini-card - functioning OK

- WIN 7 Control Panel: No Bluetooth Icon

- WIN 7 Devices and Printers: Add A Device - Nothing displayed

Updated:

- BIOS: A11 installed

Attempted Bluetooth pairing from the cell phone.

- Bluetooth search: Dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth Mini-card located

- Pairing fails.  Passcode mismatch
