Current leakage, Bluetooth

1. I bought l501x from US to India. Now when i connect the laptop adapter with a converter to the mains i fell current leak through the surface of my laptop.

2. Also i didnt get the bluetooth while buying, can i get it now?

3. Can i get a backlit keyboard done after purchase, how much are the charges?
