D600, "The device in the system modular bay cannot be identified, It may not be completely inserted or may have some other problem"
I have a D600 ; when i try to start , nothing happend and i get this message :"The device in the system modular bay cannot be identified, It may not be completely inserted or may have some other problem"
F2 and F12 don't work and i get the message above
Can somebody help me ?

It may mean the CD/DVD drive has failed - remove the optical drive. If the error ceases, the drive needs to be replaced. If it doesn't, it's the hard drive that needs to be replaced.
