DELL ATG resetting and keyboard lockup

Hi my DELL ATG has recently started playing up, mainly the keyboard and mouse pad and blue mouse pointer have stopped working, tried booting into safe mode up and down arrows allow me to select boot mode but once windows boots nothing.

it has also statrted to reboot itself
