DELL INSPIRON 14R 5420 BIOS A8 NOT FULLY ACPI COMPLIANT

Dear sir/Madam!

                                          I have a Dell Inspiron 14R 5420 with Windows7 premium Installed on it.How ever for project works I have to Install a second os in it.I created a bootable dvd for it (No Problem with boot priority Its USB,CD/DVD then only hard drive comes) and tried to boot from dvd in bios But after booting from the dvd an error message with blue screen comes saying "Your BIOS Is not fully acpi compliant turn off acpi or update your bios to proceed with Installation". what shall I do? I checked my bios version its A8.whether I should upgrade it to A13 or some higher versions?I thought bios like firmware does not need any updates.
