DHCP Client, Windows Audio, and Windows THEMES Component Services OFF

A couple weeks ago, i turned on my computer and realized i could not connect to our wireless internet.  After searching for a bit, i found that the DHCP Client, Windows Audio, And Themes were all OFF (not started) in Component Services.  I turned them all on, and everything works fine.  When i shut down, or restart my computer, all hell breaks loose and those same services are turned off again.  I have checked the 'automatic start' button, and made sure all of that is fine.  I have also run an antivirus and everything seems fine, as it found nothing.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!
