Dell Inspiron 14R 7 beep black screen after upgrade to window 10

Dear community,

My Dell Inspron 14R cannot be used anymore.

I upgraded it to window 10 yesterday night, and when i slept it was about 75% in progress. When I woke up, I tried to turn on it but it failed, with totally black screen and repeatedly 7 beeps. I already tried different procedures to fix the problem (removing battery, let the computer cool down etc.) but nothing helped.

I have been reading through the threads in this forum and on other websites and I cannot see any good and safe solution.

I figured out that the 7 beeps mean that there is a processor/mainboard issue. Do you guys have any ideas?

My notebook is only 2 years old!! I bought it in June 2013 in Hong Kong and now it is already broken! How can that be? I am so afraid all the things inside will be lost. School just started for a month and mid term exam is coming, my family and girlfriend photos are all inside!! But I am out of warranty. Are there any other solutions? I need it very much :( especially the data stored inside
