Dell Inspiron 14z 5423 Boot problem - Stuck Dell logo screen

I had the same problem with dell inspiron 5423 which ends up by replacing the hard disk.

I am very dissatisfied from the dell 5423. Under one year my laptop has changed almost all the things except screen. It has changed mother board and battery thrice and hard disk twice.
