Dell Inspiron 15z hardware issue

 Hi,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15Z laptop purchased in August 2013.

In the last couple of days, I see that on the top left side of the laptop base, to the edge beside the power key, the part is coming out. Also, a screw under neath that part at the backside has come out.

Due to this, the laptop makes a creaky noise at that place, and i need to push in to keep it in place, and everytime it comes out. 

The laptop has not fallen or did not suffer a drops. I am not sure why this issue has come up.

I want to know what I need to do to fix this? Also, if this is a hardware issue, will get a replacement as this seems to be issue without any damages physically made to it.

Please guide me of how to get this issue solved.

Attached is a picture of the part where the issue is. You can see that the part is coming out.
