Dell Inspiron 5160
When I power up the laptop, the screen blinks 10 times and then powers down. What might be the issue here? How can I fix it?

Hi,
Welcome to the Community,
Release flea power and than try to turn on the system.To release flea power,disconnect the AC adapter,remove battery,(remove any USB device connected) press and hold down power button for 30 seconds.Reconnect only the battery and AC adapter.Check if you're able to turn on the system.
Do you hear any beep sounds from the system? Check if you're able to run diagnostics on the system (press and hold down Fn key and while holding down the Fn key,press power button to turn on the system.
