Dell Inspiron E1505 and M1004 error code

I am working on this model and when it boots I get an error that says "Your system automatically powers off because it became warmer than expected.  This may have been caused by: 1) Operating the system in an enviroment wher the ambeint temp is too high or 2) Obstructing the air flow fro the system fan vents.  If this problem reacures, please call dell support with error code M1004..... When I run the diagnostics, I get error code 3900:0626 Sensor out of range on the SODIMM and the other Thermistor.  Also error code 3700:011B Fan speed.

I have replaced the fan and get the same codes and there are no obstructions in the fan.  I loaded a third party softwware program to monitor the fan and the system temps and all reading are well within the system specs.

I have also updated to the most current BIOS, have reset the CMOS and have run the M1004 removal program at no luck.  Does anyone have a suggestion on removing this M1004 error code?

Gary
