Hi Kezzer89,

I would like to know if you see any errors during the start up/boot process and check if the light on the adapter stays 'On' when connected the laptop. Also please check if the 'AC Adapter' is detected in 'BIOS'. The following steps will help you to check the AC Adapter status:

Shut the system down, restart and keep tapping 'F2' key at the Dell splash screen. This will take you to system 'BIOS', check the 'AC Adapter' type and the 'Battery' health

Please let me know in case of any queries.

Thanks and regards
