Dell Latitude E6400 - PSA Diagnostic Version 4116 code 2000:8003

Working with a Dell Latitude E6400 that cannot stay booted for longer than 35 seconds before restarting. Memory and disk checks were clean, and BIOS have been defaulted and are current. When I ran the PSA diagnostic utility it came up with the error code in the above subject line. Looking for a solution prior to nuking it, so any help would be appreciated. Intel core 2 Duo, running xp professional 1024 MB ram DDR2 SDRAM 800 MHz 975 MB available memory BIOS A03 service Tag FY6SGHI 80GB HD Intel GM45 Graphics Bios 1659 32 MB video memory DVD+\- RW optical drive

Run the Drive Self Test (DST) from the Utility Partition also known as the 32 bit diagnostics to determine if the previous error has been corrected. If the DST from the Utility Partition does not indicate a failure of the drive, we consider the error to have been corrected and the drive does not need to be replaced.
