Dell Precision M6300 lockup

I have a Precision M6300 that's running Windows 7 SP1 that locks up at the Dell screen at startup, I have tried reseating the hard drive, memory and CDROM drive, I have also tried unpluging thr CMOS battery to no avail. Does anyone have any other solutions to resolving this issue.
