Dell XPS 13 keyboard nor working
Hello,
I open the laptop yesterday and the physical keyboard does not working, no thing happen when I tap on any key of the keyboard. I have to use on-screen keyboard insteads. Please guide how to fix it.

What is the exact system model?
Does the system overheat? Is there any damage / liquid spillage on the system?
Does an external keyboard work fine?
Disconnect the adapter and battery and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to release any static power. Then test the system with the adapter only / battery only.
Press and hold the fn key + power button to turn on the system and it should initiate the diagnostics - check for any possible beep codes.
Update the BIOS - enter the service tag and download the BIOS, update and restart the machine and check.
If the issue is not resolved, then download the service manual from the above link and open the chassis and reseat the keyboard cables and check.
If the issue persists, replace the keyboard. If a replacement keyboard does not resolve the issue, then the keyboard controller might have failed and the motherboard needs to be replaced.
