Dell vostro v131 key is unresponsive
hi,
i just bought a new dell vostro v131 laptop a couple of days back with back lit keyboard. During the configuration, I didnt really notice anything wrong, however, now that i am using it regularly, the Number 1 key seems unresponsive compared to all other keys. The key works but i have to press it 4-5 times before the computer registers it. occasionally the key returns to normal functioning but not for long. I havnt spilled anything on it or dropped it. I have barely used the compared at all!
I configured the laptop myself and had to install the drivers manually and might have done something wrong during that process. Is this solely a hardware problem? or can it be fixed at home?
Please help, its a brand new laptop, just a couple of days old.

You can have the system replaced under the 21-day satifaction guarantee, or have the keyboard replaced under warranty - your option.
