Did not get a windows 7 disk with my Inspiron N5010

Does anyone know how to get a windows 7 disk from Microsoft or Dell using the Windows 7 product key printed on my PC.  I have a Windows 7 issues and need to use it to boot the computer so I can get to the restore screen off the control panel.  I cannot get to the network to down load anything which is why I need the disk.
