HDD Error, Linear read Test Failed, Tarket read Test Failed, Smart Short Test failed! Help me please.

Hi,

I bought my Dell INSPIRON 15-5547 1 month ago.

The problem I am facing is my OS does not working at all and it keeps rebooting. 

I tried dell diagnostics test and it came with 

- Service tag D9SP602

- ERROR CODE : 2000-0142

- VALIDATION : 129619

Can you tell me what should I do with my HDD?

If your system is under warranty, power on, press F12, boot to the Dell diagnostics and run an extended hard drive test.  Record the exact error beginning with 2000- and contact Dell support with the information;  they'll replace the drive.

If your system is out of warranty, you will need a new drive of the correct type for your system (if you need further assistance, please provide the system model information).  You'll also need the recovery media you made when you received the system (or, if you did not prepare that, you will need to purchase a set of recovery media from Dell).
