Hard drive removal Latitude D630

I want to remove the hard drive, but the instructions and diagram in the Latitude D630 User Manual (and Service Manual) don't match my D630. The two screws in the user manual are catty-corner (one at right rear of hard drive space, other at left front), but on my D630 the screws are both on the right side (front and rear). Removing the two screws does not release the hard drive. Is there a third screw somewhere that needs to be removed?
