Having problems turning my volume up and down with the f7 and f8 buttons.
I just got my alienware laptop today and am having trouble controlling the volume from the keyboard.

...and what kind of problem with the buttons, like they just don't work, or not enough volume , etc?

Hello. I suggest that you post in the Alienware Club section of this forum.
Supply enough information, such as the full model name of your laptop, its operating system, whether you are using the system configuration and drivers as they came from the factory, whether you have made any changes in the BIOS, etc.
