How do I Write / Update Service Tag and Windows 8 Product Key back into BIOS after motherboard change for the Dell laptop? ( Latitude e6530 )

After a service swap where a new motherboard was put into a Dell laptop, how do I write system specific values into the new system board provided during the swap?  Some of the values needing to be updated are:

• Service Tag data
• Window 8.0 / 8.1 Product Key
• Other system specific data stored in BIOS or other system board flash memorylocations.

Help for this question requested in relation to a Dell Latitude E6530.  I expect the methods, procedures, and tools ( software / hardware ) used to update the data would be the same or similar for most models. So any information for Latitude or other models to perform the task is is welcome.
