How to change a location in the Dell accuweather

Hi, I purchased a dell xps 14z laptop in US but now I am travelling accross Europe so I would like to change a location in the Dell accuweather widget. I also set up whole PC to the European location but in the widget there is only US state and city option. Thanks for advice.
