Hi,
I had the same problem last year. The webcam is installed, the laptop is updated but the webcam does not work on Skype and on any other program. A technician came in november last year and fixed it but now it is still not good...
Help please

Do you get any error message when trying to access webcam?
Open device manager & check if the webcam is getting detected.
Please click on the Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
