Insipron 7000 keyboard problem, both SHIFT keys not working...
Hi,
Both SHIFT keys don't work on my Inspiron. I think it is very weird that both don't work and not just one, somebody familiar with this problem?

Please run the keyboard test from the Dell Diagnostics.<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> This should tell you if there is a hardware problem with the keyboard.
