Inspiron 1100 video card upgrade?

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop and I was wondering if I can upgrade my video card? If I can how much would this cost? Thanks..

ok then is there some video driver that is better then all other versions that I can download to make this thing run at its peak and best performance?

your video card will never be good enough for good gaming ... that said, i'm not sure what driver will offer the best performance -- try the dell ones ... intel ones might work as well? but you might repost with that title as a lot of people will ignore this one
