Inspiron 3520 Display issue Black & white screen problem with horizontal lining

Hi,  I have dell inspiron 3520 laptop and I am using Windows 8.1 OS. My screen sometime goes black & white with horizontal lining when my laptop is running on battery  and it automatically get normal after a few second or minute or when I change resolution of screen and I am not facing this issue when my laptop is running on adapter power supply.   I install all updated driver for windows 8.1.  but problem still persist. I also tried diagnostic software of dell to find out problem but it shows everything working fine.
