To all you people that have the 7 beeps and black screen, it is the processor. There is a form called Consumer Goods and Express and Implied Warranty Law that you should look up on the internet for your state.  Go to the store you bought your dell at and tell them you want to fill out the Implied Warrant Repair form and they will fix your computer free of charge.  Unfortunately they dont offer that information, you have to tell them about it..  I did it and they repaired my laptop free of charge.
