L502x upgraded to Windows 8 after connecting to HDMI touch screen stopped working
After installing windows 8 the touch screen was working without a problem, after connection to a TV via the hdmi port the OS crashed and after restarting the touch screen does not work anymore.
I have installed the new Intel and Nvidia drivers. On the device manager I can see that the N-trig Duo Sense Secondary Interface has an alert:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
{Unable to Load Device Driver}
%hs device driver could not be loaded.
Error Status was 0x%x
I have tried to update the drivers with the drivers on the N-trig website but same result.
Please help.

Hi dichter6,
I suggest you to uninstall the N-Trig drivers from the “Control Panel”. Install the BIOS and Chipset drivers from the following link:

You will have to install the N-Trig driver after installing the BIOS and Chipset drivers. Please visit the following link to download the driver:
