Laptop, Dual GPU, P2815Q doesn't have proper resolution

Hi. I have p2815q monitor. but it doesn't have it's maximal reslution. maximal is 1920x180. I have two video adapters. Intel standart HD Graphics 4000 and external vido adapter nVidia. I think that only nVidia can let me work with 2560x1600 and more. But for some reasons as i can see the standart adapter is attached to the monitor. You can see it on screenshot

The vast majority of these - Inspirons, Vostros, XPS and Latitude - are muxless, meaning the nVidia or AMD GPU is solely a co-processor.  The Intel GPU is the connection to the display panel -- all video data passes through the Intel GPU on its way to a display.

If you want resolution above 1920X1080, you need to use a Displayport -- not an HDMI or DVI output.
