Latitude D530 Video Distortion

I have a new L530. As new it had poor video quality. Text appears gray, if black and purpleish if blue. I re-installed the video driver. and checked connection from LCD to Main board with the help of Dell support we also ran test and could not find the problem. A Dell Technician change the LCD Display with a new one but the problem is still there. Has anyone had this problem or have an idea of what the problem might be?

Yes, I have the same problem with the "standard" D530 display.  This should be a universal problem, as the specifications of the display are the worst of any Latitude and less than most Inspirons.  Unfortunately, I didn't look at the specification until I had the problem.  Also had the LCD and motherboard replaced, but they are not the problem. The laptop is working to specification, but the specification is terrible.  Even for simple word processing the text is unacceptable.  Dell should not be selling this display on any of their laptops.  I'm trying to have the problem resolved, but Dell has yet to accept that a problem exists.
