Latitude VS Inspiron
I ordered and recieved a i7 W8 inspiron, I haven't used it yet or even tried. In retrospect, I am thinking I would be better off with a Latitude with W7 and the docking station. Wondering if anyone has strong feelings either way.
Also, I am really having a hard time to get someone on the phone for a return authorization, any tips?
Lastly, do you think I'll get hit with a restocking charge even though I am just exchanging???

There is a restocking fee for non-defective returns. You may or may not be able to negotiate it away if you re-order.
If you need a docking station, you need a Latitude - none of the Inspirons have them.

Does anyone have a good phone number for return authorizations?
I spent 40 minutes on hold last night...
