My 3-week Inspiron 15z doesnt turn on!

Hello!

As mentioned in my subject, my 3-week Inspiron 15z touch screen doesnt turn on!

On Sunday I shut it off (NORMALLY) and later when I tried to turn it on again.. PAAAAMMMMMMM! IT DIDNT WORK!

I thought it was a power problem, but IT IS NOT! My AC adapter is working pretty well in other devices!

Very very sad and dissapointed!

I dont know if it's a problem in the mainboard!

Anyone had this kind of problem with 15z? And how was it solved?

I've contacted Dell Support Center and, after some tests, it was diagnosed that it's a hardware issue.

They'll replace the motherboard.

I tried the steps of the topic whose link you sent me and the laptop didn't turn on!

Game over to my 3-week Ultrabook!!!

I will contact the Dell Support Center in order to use my warranty. A 3-week laptop shouldnt have this kind of problem! Too disappointed!

Hi Priscila,

The issue seemed to be with the motherboard as the AC adapter is working fine.

Hope the issue gets resolved completely after part replacement.
