My week old dell Inspiron duo keeps turning itself off

Okay, I have had this for a week and 2 days, I charged it fully and followed the instructions perfectly, but it keeps turning itself off, and it is really starting to test my patients. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to deal with this or if anyone else has had the same issue with theirs.
