New Dell XPS 15 9560 - Touchpad not manually clicking

I bought a 4k touchscreen Dell xps 15 9560 this April. About 4 days ago the manual click for the right and left buttons for the touchpad got harder to use (I had to press harder than I would then it will result to working normally). Two days later, the manual clicking stopped working completely. 

I can still tap to click, use the touchscreen feature and I think I am still able to use a mouse but this is a new and expensive laptop, It should be able to do the basic things. Plus, I prefer actually clicking than tapping!

Anyone know how to solve this issue?
